We are a family business with many years of experience in the environmentally friendly extraction of quartz sand. Modern machinery and processing technologies, as well as ongoing development, ensure the consistently high quality of our products.
1. Feed aisle: The material is classified into three grain sizes using a screen and wet scrubber.
2. Fine sand removal: In the second step, the fine sand is removed using special screening technology.
3. Cyclone: In the final step, the cyclone ensures that even the finest dust particles are removed from the final product.
